"Well who would have thought that Iā€™d be doing Yoga and at 57 years id be more flexible than I have been in my whole adult life.

The 6-week Beginner Classes that Sonya offered in February was the perfect environment I needed to begin this journey and with her gentle guidance, carefully structured classes and extensive knowledge I have been amazed in the transformation that regular yoga practice is making in my life.

I had hoped for increased flexibility but have gained so much more. My body is becoming more toned and those joint niggles have vanished.  My diet is slowly changing bringing with it the loss of a few kilos. I am sleeping better, feel calmer and am so much happier.
