Smiling has the power to change your mood and the mood of others. Humans are hardwired to mimic the expressions of others. So it is scientifically proven that smiles are contagious!

Emotions of feeling overwhelmed - Anxiety, fear, panic - easily spreads within our home, to our partner & to our kids. On the flip side, a parent (or partner) that is calm will also help spread some of that calmness to an anxious, overwhelmed child (or partner). Often, these emotions will show up as bodily sensations/tension before showing up as a conscious thought - perhaps as tightness in the chest, increase in heart rate, shortness of breath or a clenched jaw, The more aware we can become of these bodily sensations, the more information we have about how we’re feeling, resulting in making better decisions about what we want to do with those feelings.

Ali offers zoom family sessions that run over a 6 week time frame providing tools for the whole family to cope with daily stresses, to pause & appreciate what you have.
