Mindfulness practice is the radical investigation of being human. With clear and caring vision, we can look deeply into our minds, bodies, and our responses to the world. When we do this, we are able to examine the nature of our actions, relationships, and the systems within which we live. Through our deepened awareness, we can make more intentional and compassionate choices about how we show up for ourselves, for others, and for our communities.
With mindfulness, we can practice genuine self-care, because we are more aware of our present-moment experience.
Over 6 weeks, Ali will provide you with tools & guide you through the sessions encouraging awareness of breath, awareness of thoughts & awareness of stillness.
