Service Description

In an aerial yoga class, you perform the same poses you do on a yoga mat, except you use a silk hammock that's suspended from the ceiling as a prop to support you through the various flows... Come and HANG out!

Cancellation Policy

Please cancel or reschedule at least 2 hours prior to class time. Any cancellations/changes after this time will be charged the full amount (some of our teachers live a distance from the studio and it takes time to travel, set up for class, this allows plenty of time to notify them of any changes to the schedule).
