Celebrate Karins 60th Birthday with a free Breathwork session. Enjoy a range of breathing techniques aimed at controlling your breath, helping you benefit from breathing better.

Cancellation Policy

Please cancel or reschedule at least 2 hours prior to class time. Any cancellations/changes after this time will be charged the full amount (some of our teachers live a distance from the studio and it takes time to travel, set up for class, this allows plenty of time to notify them of any changes to the schedule).
