A playful class, exploring your edge and uniting mind, body, and breath. This introspective offering strikes a balance between movement & stillness, strength & surrender and leaves you feeling open, refreshed, and connected to your own inner light.

Cancellation Policy

Please cancel or reschedule at least 2 hours prior to class time. Any cancellations/changes after this time will be charged the full amount (some of our teachers live a distance from the studio and it takes time to travel, set up for class, this allows plenty of time to notify them of any changes to the schedule).
