A creative and dynamic form of yoga that uses breath to link physical yoga postures. Each class is different and postures are sequenced in a way to help increase flexibility, strengthen and tone muscles, and allow you to tune in to your body's own rhythm.
Please cancel or reschedule at least 2 hours prior to class time. Any cancellations/changes after this time will be charged the full amount (some of our teachers live a distance from the studio and it takes time to travel, set up for class, this allows plenty of time to notify them of any changes to the schedule).
