Incorporating principles of traditional Chinese medicine, Yin Yoga is a slow, soothing and meditative style of yoga that consists of a series of long-held, passive floor poses targeting deep connective tissues as well as stimulating and removing blockages in the myofascial meridians in the body. This has the effect of balancing the body’s internal organs and systems, as well as calming the mind.
Please cancel or reschedule at least 2 hours prior to class time. Any cancellations/changes after this time will be charged the full amount (some of our teachers live a distance from the studio and it takes time to travel, set up for class, this allows plenty of time to notify them of any changes to the schedule).
